Here are some easy healthy hacks for delicious recipes! It’s been a little over a year now since a new journey of health & wellness began for me through swapping out my chemical laden bath, body, and cleaning products for toxin free products from Young Living. I am scenting my home with the pure and powerful essential oils of plants rather than the candles I used to use (before learning about what’s really in them). I am making DIY gifts for family and friends that allow me to gift them healthier options while saving money by foregoing store bought gifts.
And believe it or not, I’m even cooking with essential oils and gaining an all natural flavor enhancer and health booster by adding dietary approved oils to my drinks 🙂 In otherwords, the uses of essential oils are endless!
